    Contractors All Risks Insurance is a comprehensive package designed to cover a range of risks typically encountered in the construction industry. It usually includes the following coverage:

    • Owned Plant (including hand tools and temporary buildings)
    • Hired-in Plant
    • Employees’ Tools

    Contract Works Insurance protects construction projects in progress against events such as fire, flood, storm, theft, and malicious damage. For example, if you’re constructing a house extension, this policy covers the new structure as it’s being built, along with associated materials and fittings.
